Easy Run(?)

Four miles today at 4:30 pm in HOT calm weather. Days like this have me wishing for wind! Not even a twinge in my achilles. My legs are still quite sore from crawling around laying tile but they felt better as I ran. My pace was about 8:15/mile but did not feel too fast.
